If you do not receive your products on time or damaged you will be eligible for a refund or new print to be sent out. If you receive your product on time and undamaged then unfortunately we do not provide refunds or product exchanges.
To start a claim, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your claim is valid, then we will process a new order or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
