Possibly one of the greatest Premier League goals ever. Matt Le Tissier had a habbit of scoring great goals but this was special even for him. With the ball falling just behind Le God he flicked it forward and in one movement took another touch to knock it past the first defender. Then a bigger touch to beat the second defender where he found himself through on goal. With the composure of someone taking a walk in the park he calmly stroked the ball home.
