Chosen by Chris Cook as his favourite ever try:

There were 70 minutes gone on the clock on a cold February night at the Rec when substitute Harry Williams went down injured. Bath only had 2 substitutes left, a young Adam Hastings and myself. Coach, Darren Edwards called Adam to the touch line and told him he was going on wing. However at the last moment he changed his mind and said “put cookie on”. I took off my jacket and ran onto the pitch and headed to the far touch line. The ball got thrown into the lineout and went through the hands of the backs to Ben Tapuai who threw a perfectly timed flat pass to myself. I tucked the ball under my left arm and fended off the challenge of the Pisi. Before I could think about it I dropped the ball onto my left foot and chipped it over the fullback's head. Running round him I half volleyed it with my right foot towards the try line. It was a race to the ball between Tuala and myself. I dived for the ball managing to just get it down before crashing into the hoardings.

This try was really important to me because we needed a win to get our season back on track and it was an incredibly tight game. The try was also nominated for premiership try of the season.
