Chosen by Amos Murphy as their favourite ever goal:

Dancing through the defence, twisting and turning, the outcome was inevitable for David Silva. A taste of things to come, the Spaniard’s first Premier League goal in a Manchester City shirt set the tone for the rest of his career in England. Wriggling beyond a bamboozled Blackpool backline, El Mago cut inside a number of times, before opening up and bending a left-footed strike into the far corner. Wheeling away in celebration, perhaps the most defining memory from this goal is the sight of a bemused Matt Gilks, rooted to the spot, stood with arms aloft and shrugged shoulders. Of course, as the seasons went by, Gilks wouldn’t be the only opposition player to marvel at the magnificence of Silva’s talents. During his decade long spell at City, the Canarian-born magician netted over 50 goals for the Blues, while lifting a whopping 14 trophies. A delight of a footballer, who is sorely missed by all City supporters, yet the moments and the goals Silva provided will forever be cherished in East Manchester.
