Ray Parlour: Arsenal v Chelsea 2002
The glamour of the Cup, 2 giants of the English game and the Romford Pelé. That was the story of the 2002 FA Cup Final. Although poor old Ray received his nickname somewhat ironically he certainly lived up to the title on this sunny day in Wales. After receiving the ball from big Pat, the Chelsea defence backed off to cover players of perceived greater threat. Parlour strolled forward a little further and let fly to a bullet shot which headed straight for the top corner. Back off to Essex for a few sherbets.
